Terms

The agreement between you and Tallyloop when you use Tallyloop. Plain language, because you should be able to read it.

Early access

Tallyloop is in early access. Features will change, and some will be removed. We will not promise you availability we cannot deliver — if something breaks, we will say so.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

Your content

What you create in Tallyloop is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it back to you. We claim no ownership over it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tallyloop to break the law, to attack the service or other customers, or to upload content you have no right to. We may suspend an account that does.

Ending it

You can stop using Tallyloop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why when we do.

Liability

Tallyloop is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Tallyloop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.

Changes

We will update these terms as the product grows, and the current version always lives on this page.
